We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Apple Pay. We also accept payments made through PayPal.
Are there any sales charges?
Sales tax will be assessed only on purchases shipped within Canada.

SHIPPING AND RECEIVING
Items are shipped from our boutique and/or directly from the designer and may arrive in separate parcels. Please be advised that Brownie Sparkles is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or other shipping related fees that may be charged by your specific locality.

When will my order ship?
Orders received by 12PM PST will ship within 2-5 days. Orders received after 12PM PST will be processed the following business day, excluding holidays. Orders received after 12PM on Friday will be processed on Monday. Brownie Sparkles is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. We require a valid street address (P.O. Box addresses cannot be accepted) and a telephone number for your order.
Based on the rules and regulations of the destination country, some international orders may require several weeks for processing.
Please be advised that Brownie Sparkles is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or other shipping related fees that may be charged by your specific locality.
If you refuse a shipment from Brownie Sparkles, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Do I need to sign for my package?
For added security, Brownie Sparkles requires a signature for all orders of US$1000 or more. If you choose to waive the signature requirement for your order, please make a note at checkout stating "I waive the signature requirement." Please note that by waiving the signature requirement, Brownie Sparkles cannot be responsible for any such lost or stolen packages.
What if my package is unclaimed?
On rare occasions, packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
A package is considered undeliverable for any of the following reasons:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Non-deliverable address: addresses that do not or cannot accept mail
• Three (3) failed delivery attempts
• Recipient did not pay taxes, duties, customs fees or related charges
• Unclaimed by recipient
• Refused by recipient
Arrangements for re-delivery may be made upon a recipient's request; however, any shipping and handling fees associated with re-delivery must be paid by the recipient. Customers will receive an Unclaimed Order notification via e-mail within ten (10) days of our receipt of an unclaimed return package. Twenty (20) business days after an Unclaimed Order notification, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. Thirty (30) business days after an Unclaimed Order notification, an unclaimed order will not be re-delivered and will not be eligible for any form or refund or credit.
What is your return policy?
Our complete return policy may be found here. Please note that earrings are not returnable for hygiene reasons. If you are not 100% satisfied with other items, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. (Returns must be in an unused condition, in the state you received them, and in the original box.) To make a return, please email us at info@browniesparkles for a return authorization number. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If free shipping was included in your order, the shipping amount will be excluded from your refund.
What is 14K gold filled?
Gold-filled is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass. 14K gold filled means that 1/20 or 5% is real 14K gold. Gold-filled has the look and feel of 14K gold but is a lot less expensive and quite tarnish resistant.
Usually clients with sensitive skin who are only able to wear silver or gold do not react to 14K gold filled as there is a layer of real gold on the wires, chains and earhooks.
Will items that are sold out be re-stocked?
This varies by item. If you have interest a sold out item, you can enquire via email at email@example.com.
